A FAMILY STORY
Papi started marketing Nestuby wine in his own name, bottling it for the first time in 1949. By the 1980s, over 600,000 bottles had been sold throughout Europe. The years went by, but not in the same way.
In 1984, a young man, Jean François Roubaud, "my father", decided to take over. He set out to modernize the business and expand the vineyard. This forward-looking approach enabled the estate to grow to its current size of 88 hectares of AOC Côtes de Provence vines.
Entre tradition et modernité
At the same time, Nathalie Roubaud, "otherwise known as Maman", puts her skills to good use in organizing the reception of the public, fitting out part of the bastide and preparing the delicious dishes she knows so well.
In 2010, after finishing my studies, I decided to get involved in this great adventure
adventure, and to bring together all the good ideas of each generation to combine tradition and modernity.
Damien, the younger brother, back from more than a year abroad, joins us in
2017. He sets up a relationship between food and wine in a wine bar concept
in Cotignac, Hyères and Sophie, where are you now?
Now it's up to you to discover, experience, feel and keep this story alive.
